Borrow Pit Looking towards Sutton Gault

The Borrow pit looks like a fenland dyke, but it is a pit about 15 metres wide with a depth ranging from two feet to seven feet. It is an out and out Tench venue, and they are growing too! Specimens to 6lb are now a regular catch

You may also come across the occasional Bream.
