East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices Charity Fishing Match

Cambridge Fish Preservation Anglers help raise funds for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices. 

Ian Darler, Paul Dean and Dave Chandler organised four matches all to take place at Highflyers Lake in Ely thanks to Ken Gammon and family who kindly donated the venue for the matches.  Chris Whitehall of Whitehall Plastics sponsored the event putting up a prize of £500.00 to be shared between the top six anglers at the end of the four match series.  Sid and Tim Cooper of Coopers Tackle donated fantastic crystal trophies for the winners.  The event is a sell out and has at present raised over £1400.00, we would like to thank everyone who has fished or sponsored the event.
