Help  please our next match is on the lode at upware.  I cut back the swims at the start of the season but cannot do it for our next match.  Can anglers please help.  Contact Graham ASAP.  I had a lovely snooze on the bank laying full stretch and snored my head off such was the excitement of the fishing not even to be disturbed by the red arrows.  I have to say although lovely scenery since they have done the tow path it has become like the M25 with idiots on bikes stopping for nobody and acting as if the own the road ding bloody ding get out of the way all day long then it would be groups of sweaty smelly runners clutching water bottles or sucking from tubes from back carry things.  Oh look at me I'm getting fit!

Felt sorry for the walkers who had to stop and get out of the way and as for us well what a cheek to be sitting by the side of the river!  Lets hope we get another lake so we can say good by to this sort of misery I never thought I would say that but it was truly not pleasant.  And another thing it is not a great look to be wearing lycra shorts and tops showing sweaty patches in private places.....Urrrrrrrrrr. Rowers not content with buggering up above the lock  we had to contend with groups of rowers on a stretch of river really not suited to rowing and  to cap it all a socking great hire boat came down turned around and bollocks up everybody for the last hour! Rant over..  Erm no!  the banks are getting increasingly dangerous and the fishing is..........it.  Right I feel better for that!
